      Hours of Operation:
      Begining on October 13, 2009, documents may be filed electronically using the court’s CM/ECF system at any time. The office is open to accept paper filings between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Other office closings, such as for snow, are announced on the Clerk’s Office telephone number. In the event you need to file an emergency motion outside normal business hours, appropriate arrangements should be made with the Clerk’s Office in advance.
