Parking Information


  • FROM THE NORTH

    • From the Tobin Bridge or I-93 Southbound, take the High Street/Congress Street exit.
    • At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto High Street.
    • At the 2nd set of traffic lights, turn left onto Congress Street.
    • At the 2nd set of traffic lights, turn left onto Atlantic Avenue.
    • Take the first right onto New Northern Avenue.
    • Turn left at the first set of lights.
    • The Moakley Courthouse is straight ahead.
    • Turn right for parking areas.


  • FROM THE SOUTH
    • From I-93 (North/Southeast Expressway) take Exit 22 (Northern Avenue/Atlantic Avenue).
    • At top of ramp stay right, follow signs for Northern Avenue.
    • Go through the set of lights at the top of the ramp.
    • Cross over Atlantic Avenue and continue straight onto Northern Avenue.
    • Take a left at the first set of lights.
    • The Moakley Courthouse is straight ahead.
    • Turn right for parking areas.


  • FROM STORROW DRIVE
    • Take Storrow Drive East to Leverett Circle, following the signs for I-93 South/Logan Airport.
    • Once on the Southeast Expressway, take the High Street/Congress Street exit.
    • At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto High Street.
    • At the 2nd set of traffic lights, turn left onto Congress Street.
    • At the 2nd set of traffic lights, turn left onto Atlantic Avenue.
    • Take the first right onto New Northern Avenue.
    • Turn left at the first set of lights.
    • The Moakley Courthouse is straight ahead.
    • Turn right for parking areas.


  • FROM MASSPIKE EAST
    • Follow the MassPike East/I-90 to the end.
    • When you see the signs "Turnpike Ends" stay to the left.
    • Follow the signs for 93 North and Logan Airport.
    • Once on 93 North, take Exit 22 (Northern Avenue/Atlantic Avenue).
    • At top of ramp stay right, follow signs for Northern Avenue.
    • Go through the set of lights at the top of the ramp.
    • Cross over Atlantic Avenue and continue straight onto Northern Avenue.
    • Take a left at the first set of lights.
    • The Moakley Courthouse is straight ahead.
    • Turn right for parking areas.


  • BY PUBLIC TRANSPORATION
    • There are three MBTA busses that stop directly in front of the courthouse. [The numbers: 3, 6, 7 busses]
    • The closest MBTA T-Stop is the Red Line at South Station.
