The United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit provides notice that it has adopted the amendments to Local Rule 12.0, Local Rule 39.0(b) and Internal Operating Procedures III(B), VI, and VII(A). The effective date of the amendments is January 13, 2020. A copy of Local Rule 12.0, Local Rule 39.0(b) and Internal Operating Procedures III(B), VI, and VII(A), with the amendments incorporated, is attached.
