Order Implementing Procedures for the Filing of Highly Sensitive Documents
On February 9, 2021, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit issued this order implementing new procedures for the filing of highly sensitive documents.

Public Advisory Concerning the Court's Sitting Schedule
Given the continued public health restrictions and limits on public access to the courthouse, the court will provide live audio access to all arguments. Public access to live audio of oral argument will be available at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiq_Kg0zEPrjMFK_s-KP5_g/. After the end of each day's arguments, audio recordings of each argument will be available on the court's website. Due to health concerns over the COVID-19 virus, the Clerk's Office for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit will not accept in-person case filings at its intake window, until further notice. If you plan to file a paper document at the Moakley Courthouse, please use the drop-box located on the first floor by the main entrance. You can reach the Clerk's Office by phone at 617-748-9057.
