Fees payable to the Circuit Clerk may be paid by check or money order made out to Clerk, U.S. Court of Appeals. An exception is Attorney Admission Fees, which must be paid online through the appellate CM/ECF system, absent a waiver from the Clerk's Office. In addition, the following other fees are payable online through the appellate CM/ECF system. Online payments may be made by credit/debit card or by electronic debit from a checking or savings account using a routing number. For instructions, click on the relevant link.
- Certificate of Good Standing.
- Certificate of Admission.
- Petitions for Review. The filing fee for petitions for review can be paid online after the case has been docketed.
- Petitions for a Writ of Mandamus/Prohibition. The filing fee for petitions for a writ of mandamus/prohibition can be paid online after the case has been docketed.
