The United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit provides notice that it has adopted the amendments to Local Rules 25.0(e) and 46.6. The effective date of the amendments is January 13, 2020. A copy of Local Rules 25.0(e) and 46.6, with the amendments incorporated, is attached.
