The United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit provides notice that it has adopted the amendments to Local Rule 46.0(a)(1) and Internal Operating Procedure II(A). The effective date of the amendments is January 13, 2020. A copy of Local Rule 46.0(a)(1) and Internal Operating Procedure II(A), with the amendments incorporated, is attached.
