Filing fees for Petitions for Review and Petitions for a Writ of Mandamus/Prohibition can now be paid online through the appellate CM/ECF system after the case has been docketed in the court of appeals. • Attorney Admission Fee. Attorneys are required to submit their bar application and pay the admission fee electronically, absent a waiver from the Clerk's Office.
• Certificate of Good Standing.
• Certificate of Admission.
• Filing Fee for Petitions for Review. The filing fee for petitions for review can be paid online after the case has been docketed.

• Filing Fee for Petitions for a Writ of Mandamus/Prohibition. The filing fee for petitions for a writ of mandamus/prohibition can be paid online after the case has been docketed.

Other fees payable to the Circuit Clerk must be paid by check or money order made out to Clerk, U.S. Court of Appeals.
