Filing fees for Petitions for Review and Petitions for a Writ of Mandamus/Prohibition can now be paid online through the appellate CM/ECF system after the case has been docketed in the court of appeals. Fees payable online through the appellate CM/ECF system now include the following. Click on the relevant link for instructions.
- Attorney Admission Fee. Attorneys are required to submit their bar application and pay the admission fee electronically, absent a waiver from the Clerk's Office.
- Certificate of Good Standing.
- Certificate of Admission.
- Filing Fee for Petitions for Review. The filing fee for petitions for review can be paid online after the case has been docketed.
