The United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit previously provided notice of proposed amendments to Local Rule 39.0. No comments were received. The court hereby provides notice that it has adopted the amendments to Local Rule 39.0. The effective date of the amendments is December 1, 2025. A copy of Local Rule 39.0, with amendments incorporated, is attached.
